Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan welcomed Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz at Esenboga Airport in Ankara. Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu and many other Turkish officials joined Erdogan at the official welcoming ceremony.
During the official visit, made at Erdogan’s invitation, King Salman will discuss bilateral relations and several regional and international issues.
After completing his meetings in Ankara, the Saudi king is expected to travel to Istanbul for the 13th Islamic Summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, to be held on April 14 and 15.
