If a problem occurs with the brick making machines, the customer must contact Beyazli Industrial Group. Having the problem inspected by another, unqualified party may invalidate the warranty.
Once the company is informed of a problem, a specialist team will be prepared to inspect it and reach the customer within 48–72 hours.
