We provide a two-year warranty on main components, excluding accessories, from the date the machine reaches the customer. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not misuse.
If a problem arises, the customer must contact Beyazlı Industrial Group, because having it examined by another, unqualified party may invalidate the warranty. After the company is notified, a specialist team will be prepared to reach the customer and inspect the problem within 48–72 hours.
