Voting in the first phase of parliamentary elections resumes at 9 a.m. on Monday in 14 governorates: Giza, Beni Suef, Assiut, Sohag, Luxor, Red Sea, Beheira, Fayoum, Minya, New Valley, Qena, Aswan, Alexandria, and Marsa Matrouh.
Turnout was low on the first day. The High Elections Committee said people aged over 61 were the most active voters.
