This is a manual machine for making interlocking pavers. The operating system is designed to collect and transport the concrete from the ground. An example of the operating system is available in the photos section. The interlocking paver machine is designed to operate for 24 hours.
When the required number of paver transport boards is provided, the stated output is 350–400 m² of interlocking pavers in 8 hours, with a stated quantity of 20 pavers. Manual machines rely on labor, and their daily production capacity is 20–25% lower than the stated values. A single board produces 12 interlocking pavers or 4 blocks of size 20, as well as curbstones and paving units of different sizes and shapes. The stated pallet dimensions are 4 × 110 × 50.
The approximate shipping requirement for export is one 40-foot container plus one 20-foot container. The machines are arranged with a single mix hopper. A second mixing hopper may be added as an option at an additional cost.
The interlocking paver machine will be tested and operated at the factory in the customer’s presence. If requested, the company will also test and commission it after it has been transported and placed at the customer’s facility. Travel and accommodation expenses for the installation team, and the cost of hydraulic oils, are borne by the customer.
Payment is 30% in cash when the agreement is signed, with the balance paid in cash at delivery and the start of shipment. Full payment in advance is associated with an additional 5% discount on the contract value; the payment wording also refers to delays.
The prices shown are for delivery from the factory in Trabzon, Turkey. No tax is charged on international sales. The manufacturing is described as not suitable for sales using all bank loans and leasing arrangements.
